Domestic orders:
- Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it, following which we will process your exchange.
- Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.
- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email.
- Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
