Returns & Exchanges
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However, sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases, we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you. For defective piece do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at info@kapasriti.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item.
If your order is not defective and you would like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at info@kapasriti.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure.
Domestic orders:
- Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline.
- Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.
- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted and would have to be picked up by the customer.
- Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
- Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.
- Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
- All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email. In-store requests will not be entertained.
International Orders:
- We unfortunately do not have a return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at info@kapasriti.com for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you with a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided
- In case you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at info@kapasriti.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you with a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
